Salaries in the Energy Sector in 2021

Ever since January 2020, foreign companies expressed more interest in the Polish job market and the photovoltaic segment has started to grow dynamically. A director of a Photovoltaic Department can expect to earn PLN 22,000 per month in 2021. There has also been significant employment growth in the field of biogas, hydro energy, biomass, and wind energy installations. In 2020, the market was dominated by companies offering micro power stations for SMEs and individual customers. Consequently, employers were looking intensively for sales representatives, designers, cost planners, installation assemblers and senior managerial staff such as sales directors, operations directors and market development directors. This tendency is likely to continue in the months to come.
